A system of thirds that scales across floors
The LED screens were three different dimensions but the aspect ratios coincided in a way where splitting them in thirds could yield visuals that could replicated across screens without manual tweaks.
Testing, testing and more testing
I worked with the lighting and visual production teams to ensure that the system I was developing was working across the screens, which involved a lot of visits to the production garage and testing out the animations before the event.
Everything's moving and grooving
On the day of, we had a variety of animations set up across two floors and everything was working in unison. Each floor had its own set up animations corresponding to the area they were representing; reception, bar, food, entrance and main hall.
